Moms in Power works hard to ensure that our valued customers feel empowered in every way.
Stationary Items
Our Stationary Items (journals, planners, and accessories) are carefully inspected before they are packaged and delivered. Please understand these items are published and produced in a factory and delivered to us for distribution. If there are any damages, inconsistencies with pages, wording, or missing pages, please contact us immediately and we will be glad to exchange or issue a full return of the item.
Candles
We are a small business. Please understand each product (with the expectation of stationery items) is handcrafted and handmade. We pride ourselves on quality ingredients, attention to detail, and inspection of every product before they reach your doorstep. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, however, we do offer an exchange of your item(s) if you are dissatisfied in any way. Your product must be postmarked within 7 days from the time you receive it.

Damages & Defects
Moms in Power inspect each item before shipment. We do our absolute best to ensure that your package is received without any defects or damages. If an item is broken or damaged upon arrival due to mail carrier/transpiration services please contact us immediately and we will process an exchange for your item.
Hand Crafted Variations
The Moms in Power Candles are hand-poured and hand-crafted. They are also made with ingredients that are of high quality which can change due to many factors. Each Hand Crafted Candle is made with a coconut blended wax which is sensitive to changes in environmental temperature. During warmer months there may be sweat on the top of the candle wax and softened or melted wax residue on the inside of the jar. This can be resolved when the candle is burned and all wax is gathered by the flame of the candle. The body babe candles are crafted with soy blend wax which means there may be some frosting (white discoloration once the candle dries). This will not affect the performance of the candle and it is safe to burn.
